Here we go! This year we plan to blog our way through the school year by posting a daily blog. We hope you will follow us and enjoy learning more about what is happening at TWE. You will read posts from the perspectives of students, teachers, staff, volunteers, and community members who are TWE fans.

Ms. Brown (Asst. Principal), Mrs. Henderson (TWE Principal), Kenzie Gilder , Mrs. Gilder (Asst. Principal), and Mr. Henry Dibrell (KISD School Board member) in the TWE Cafe on the first day of school. 


Our first week of school was PACKTASTIC, and that does not happen without a lot of work. Our teachers deserve so much credit and appreciation for the hard work they put in before their very first contract day on August 19th. You may not realize that teachers attend professional development, read professional literature and spend much time in their classrooms to make the environment just right for our students before they return. TWE has a phenomenal group of teachers - KUDOS to all of them for spending much of their summer preparing to move Full STEAM Ahead!
