Young Authors by Mrs. Henderson

Writing Workshop is a process writing structure used at TWE. Our students are involved in this process from their Kindergarten experience all of the way through to 5th grade. Teachers provide mini-lessons followed by individual and small group writing activities that include brainstorming, drafting, revising, editing and publishing (sharing) their writing. It is a favorite time of many students. We are proud to be developing young authors and celebrate their success.
