Family Fitness Night by Rhonda Henderson

Running, jumping, hula hooping, tagging,and much more. On Thursday, January 8th, our PTA Healthy Lifestyles committee collaborated with YES! Fitness to engage students and their parents in our first Family Fitness Night. YES! hosted this night at their facility on FM 1093, and it was a blast! Laughter and smiles were abundant as students and parents showed off their expertise in multiple areas of fitness. I learned that I could probably benefit from adding some jumping activities to my fitness routine! Thanks to Elizabeth Walker for coordinating with YES! to make this a PACKTASTIC success!
